ORDERING
All item prices are fixed and non-negotiable.
All items sold are non-exchangeable and non-refundable.
Items are sold on a first-come-first serve basis.

We will not entertain cancellations. No-shows and no-replies will be treated as cancellations and will be blacklisted as such and barred from future purchases.

RETURNS, REFUNDS & EXCHANGE POLICIES
GLEEBERRY checks every item carefully for defects before sending them out so we do not entertain any returns, refunds or exchanges for items that may be damaged due to normal postage.

However, we will refund your transfers if the item is sold out.

If the item is still damaged, or grossly misinterpreted somehow, do get back to us with a picture of the damage/defect within 24 hours of receiving the item.

Return the item to us within 3 days after email contact, with all tags and wrapping intact.

No requests beyond the stated time frame will be entertained, as we will assume that buyer has used item.
